The Church believes its responsibility to make Christ known to the world includes a moral obligation to preserve human dignity by promoting optimal levels of physical, mental, and spiritual health. In addition to ministering to those who are ill, this responsibility extends to the prevention of disease through effective health education and leadership in promoting optimum health, free of tobacco, alcohol, other drugs, and unclean foods. Health ministries seeks to uphold these principles by bringing awareness to common health issues and provide information on how they can be rectified and prevented using the information given to us in Scripture.

The men’s ministry department provides a variety of life-building and encouraging offerings for men. There are men’s emphasis programs that are focused on building kingdom men and equipping them to fulfill their God-giving calling as husbands, fathers, and change agents in the world.

New Life Youth Ministries Department range from ministries for small children to teenagers. For children, there are weekly afternoon programs that are interactive and engaging, scout-like programs called Adventurers and Pathfinders, children’s choir, and occasional children’s church. For teens, there are weekly growth classes prior to our main service, sports opportunities, and other programs for their spiritual growth and development.

During our worship service on Sabbath at New Life, we have a Children’s Storyteller who shares a story for our children. This interactive story is to engage our children in the service and share Biblical lessons that are essential to their spiritual walk with God. Our vibrant music ministry consists of four dynamic choirs including the Sensational Seniors, a children’s choir, a mass choir, and a youth choir. There are several praise teams that bring uplifting praise and worship music every week. There are also ministry opportunities for those that play instruments with the band.

Our community service ministry is committed to providing assistance to the members of our community. The ministry consists of a weekly food bank that provides free food for anybody that needs it. It also meets other community needs as they arise and offers a variety of opportunities to serve.

The Personal Ministries Department provides resources and trains church members to unite their efforts with the pastors and church officers in the final proclamation of the gospel of salvation in Christ. The aim of the department is to enlist every member in active soul-winning service for God. Through seminars, meetings, special classes and other organized activities, the New Life Personal Ministries Department endeavors to prepare members for this important ministry.
